People and Culture Manager

As a People and Culture Manager, you will manage the entire employee life cycle, as well as influencing and maintaining the desired Lifthium culture. You will oversee the day-to-day HR operations and ensure effective management of human capital. You will work closely with Lifthium’s management team, as well as the People teams from Bondalti and José de Mello group.
- BSc/ MSc in Human Resources, Business, or related field;
- Extensive experience in leading and managing HR and/or people topics;
- Experience and track record in driving employee engagement, talent acquisition, and performance management;
- Strong understanding of fundamental and best practice HR processes and familiarity with the unique aspects of managing people within the chemicals processing industry;
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage employees;
- Strong communication and listening abilities to understand and address employee needs effectively;
- Approachable and trustworthy to ensure colleagues feel comfortable enough to approach him/her for personal situations and advice;
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with the CEO, executive team, and other managers to align people initiatives with Lifthium’s objectives;
- Experience building a new department from the ground up, or in a startup or scale up is a distinctive advantage;
- Passionate innovator that always sees the solution;
- Enthusiastic team player and influencer;
- Proficient in both spoken and written English.
**Requirements**:
