The Role
We're seeking a driven, detail-oriented People & Culture Manager to join our Global People Team. As a strategic partner to the People team, managers, and our EMEA & APJ employees, you'll help shape and drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and productivity. Your responsibilities will cover the full employee lifecycle, including career development, talent retention, and shaping our People strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with managers and department heads to ensure our employees are engaged, supported, and empowered.
- Play an essential role in career development, talent retention, and helping to shape our People strategy.
- Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a diverse, international team that spans multiple continents and brings a wealth of perspectives.
