This role will lead the development and implementation of our People, Culture, and Learning strategy, with a focus on creating a world-class employee experience and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion top talent and support succession planning
  • Support the hotel as a Business Partner and foster relationships with others as a coach
  • Drive Corporate People and Culture initiatives and support recruitment, selection, onboarding, and development requirements
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of People and Culture programs and initiatives and analyze compensation and benefits trends
  • Develop the learning quality and experience on property and deliver workplace learning and development, performance improvement programs, and initiatives
