We are seeking a Director of Digital Product Experience to lead our product strategy and team. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing a product vision that aligns with our company objectives

• Leading and growing a team of Product Managers, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability

• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 5 years of experience as a product person in a digital business, with 3 years as a manager of product managers

• Proven experience in delivering customer-loved products and leading team growth

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and knowledge of industry thought leaders

• Fluency in spoken and written English
