Customer Experience Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Director to join our team at Meli&a Lisbon, a luxury hotel in Lisbon.
The successful candidate will ensure exceptional customer experiences, personalize stays, and exceed expectations. Key responsibilities include implementing innovative customer experience management tools, managing complex customer incidents, and coordinating housekeeping staff.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is required. Leadership, personnel management, and decision-making skills are essential.
A hospitality degree and proficiency in Portuguese and English are highly valued. We offer a dynamic work environment, flexible compensation, and exclusive discounts on products and services.
We estimate the salary range for this position to be around €45,000 - €55,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
