Job Overview

Savoy Signature is seeking a skilled professional to lead our Customer Experience team as the newly created position of Customer Experience Director. This dynamic role will be responsible for formulating and executing long-range goals and initiatives in the area of Product, CX, and Reputation Management.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee strategy, planning, and execution of customer experience goals, analyzing customer feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities, and ensuring consistent positive interactions across all touchpoints. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key in developing new products, services, and procedures aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and reinforcing the Savoy Signature identity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Lead teams and manage projects to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Analyze customer feedback and metrics to measure performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and services
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer experience management, customer service, or related areas
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing projects
  • In-depth knowledge of customer experience techniques and tools
  • Familiarity with CRM software
