Job Description

As a Luxury Hotel Experience Director, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing destination experiences for customers.

You will supervise and coordinate all Conciergerie operations, manage the Concierge team, and efficiently manage all guest requests.

Your goal is to provide unique and personalized services and products that exceed customer expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel.

A high level of Portuguese and English is required, as well as excellent knowledge of the destination.

Membership in Les Clefs d'Or (Golden Keys) is a plus.

You should also have leadership, personnel management, and decision-making skills.
