We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers As a Customer Support you will: Support for German speaking application users by phone, email and chat Walk users through the setup process for their smart home devices, ensuring a smooth start to their smart home experience Provide patient guidance to users facing technical issues with their devices eg: Wi-Fi connectivity problems, device unresponsiveness etc. Explain the various features of devices in an easy-to-understand way. Assist users with ordering new devices or processing returns, making the purchasing process hassle-free Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance): 1283€ gross x 12 months or 1100€ gross x 14 months, up to 120€ gross performance bonus, 7,23€ NET/day meal voucher – given as a pre-paid card 20 €/month – Transport allowance What do we offer?
