This Swedish company is a leading global manufacturer of home appliances, known for innovative and sustainable designs. Their product range includes refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, and vacuum cleaners, all focused on improving everyday life with reliable and energy-efficient solutions. With a century-long history, they are recognized for combining functionality with modern aesthetics, serving customers in over 120 countries.

**Your responsabilities**:

- Give the best information and solutions for their concerns.
- Respond quickly and accurately to meet customer needs.
- Log interactions and follow cases until resolved.

**Our expectations**:

- **You speak French in proficiency**:

- **Intermediate English level (min B2)**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

**Main duties**:

- **Start on 28/08**:

- **Working Schedule: Monday-Saturday (7:00 - 19:00) **- 40 hours/week, including Public Holidays (Days off:Sunday + 1 rotating day )
- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
- Private Health insurance with a dental plan
- **Work in our modern office in Lisbon,** _**Parque**_ **das **_**Nações**_
- Training is provided at the beginning of the work, previous experience is not required
- Recruitment process is 100% online

**Salary and bonuses**:

- **895€ gross/month x 14 months**- basic salary
- **Up to 100€ gross**/month performance bonus
- **Meal allowance: 7.23€ NET/day **on a voucher card (approx. 145€ NET/month)
- **20€/month transport allowance**:

- **Signing bonus: €2000 (€500 paid after 3, 6, 9 & 12 months)**

**Relocation package**:

- Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months
- Possibility of accommodation in a company-owned apartment
