Nortempo Porto is currently looking for a Contingent Workforce Officer (m/f) for a client in the area of Porto. RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN TASKS For this temporary (6 months) role, we expect: Responsible for drafting contingent workforce contracts/documentation according to the frame agreements defined with the vendor/location. Set up data correctly in our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors). Storage of all required documentation in contractor's file and SAP. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contingent workforce documentation, including contracts and compliance forms. JOB REQUIREMENTS Specific skills / expertise / product: Experience in administrative work Experience in vendor management will be a plus (not mandatory) Good verbal and written communication skills Experience with SuccessFactors will be a plus (not mandatory) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, forms) Behaviours & inter-personal skills – Key points Good organizational skills; able to manage priorities Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work priorities Pro-active and on top of things will be a plus Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality performance and positive attitude Capacity to share complete and accurate information OFFER - Hybrid regime (2 day at home per week) - International and friendly working environment Nível de experiência Assistente Administrative and Operational Assistant Junior Compliance & Data Protection Officer Sales Assistant Aeroporto Lisboa (temporary) F/M Personal Assistant | International Partnership - Porto #J-18808-Ljbffr
