In partnership with our client SBM Offshore we are recruiting for the position of Contingent Workforce Officerresponsabilidades chaveManage Contingent Worker administration.Responsible for drafting contingent workforce contracts/documentation according to the frame agreements defined with the vendor/location.Set up data correctly in our HR system (SAP SuccessFactors).Storage of all required documentation in contractor's file and SAP.support our contingent workforce officers.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of contingent workforce documentation, including contracts and compliance forms.competênciasSpecific skills / expertise / product:Experience in administrative work;Experience in vendor management will be a plus (not mandatory);Good verbal and written communication skills;Experience with SuccessFactors will be a plus (not mandatory);Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, forms);Good English level;Behaviours & inter-personal skills Key points;Good organizational skills; able to manage priorities;Ability to adapt to changing work environments and work priorities;Pro-active and on top of things will be a plus;Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high-quality performance and positive attitude;Capacity to share complete and accurate information;High-level confidentiality.principais benefíciosEmployment contract with Randstad.Salary 1600 €Meal allowance 9,60 €Transport allowance 40 €/a month
