About 80% of our managers and leaders have been promoted from within That's why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you've always envisioned.What you will do in this roleAs a Global Operations Manager , you will:Analyze forecasts and optimize resource allocation available.Operational & continuous improvement reporting toward the client: WBR, MBR, and QBR according to the governance model validated with the client.Leading action plan creation & execution to reach client targets.Support new sites and new activities opening by sharing best practices and by including them in the current organization with a smooth process for the client & internally.Measure cross-regional performance on critical metrics identify and share best practices across regions with the support of the local operational teamsCoordination & leadership regarding all resources working for this client: production & dedicated support functions teamsConcentrix is a great match if you:Are proficient or bilingual in EnglishExcellent interpersonal skills, relationship management, communications, analytical, presentation skills, and attention to detailPro-active, entrepreneurial mindset, looking for win-win solutions to deliver additional value to clients without losing sight of internal goalsIf you feel you don't check every box, we still encourage you to apply.
