Perfil do Candidato: Licenciatura ou Mestrado em Gestão, Marketing, Engenharia, Economia, etc.; Experiência mínima de 3anos em Digital Marketing, Growth, Performance e em Consultoria são diferenciais; Gestão Comercial e de alavancas de valor para crescimento do Canal; Formatação e estruturação do Canal (alavancas de produtividade e inovação); Paixão por desafios e paixão pelo consumidor (necessidades e dores); Habilidade de lidar comambiguidade e resolver problemas complexos; Capacidade de interpretação de dados e articulação com stakeholders; Capacidade da análise eapresentação executiva de resultados; Domínio de ferramenta Shopify e conhecimento de ferramentas de analytics, media e CRM (diferencial). Perfil da Função: Responsável pela gestão end-to-end da plataforma de e-commerce, através de um olhar estratégico de indicadores chave do canal, categorias e necessidades comerciais; Estratégia Comercial: Gestão e planeamento comercial do site, análise de desempenho das vendas, entendimento profundo de gaps e identificação de oportunidades visando o aumento da receita do canal; Planeamento e gestão detodas as ações de grade promocional exclusivas do canal de curto prazo e ajustes necessários ao longo do ciclo; Suporte na evolução do roadmap Tech, UX e Analytics da plataforma (Shopify) para evolução de features e priorização de iniciativas para o canal; Apoio e atuação conjunta para a construção da estratégia de CRM, Fidelidade, Mídia; Responsável pela Jornada do Consumidor no site: Mapeamento de atritos/fricções e oportunidades para melhoria da jornada (vs concorrência/benchs) em parceria com SEO e UX; Ponto focal do canal para as diversas áreas do negócio, garantindo ótima execução de processos comerciais respondendo às necessidades do consumidor; Análises de concorrência e do mercado para identificar tendências e oportunidades; Projetar e maximizar o impacto dos investimentos, analisando e interpretando os resultados, de modo a melhorar o retorno do investimento para futuras ações.
