Job Description
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
Admin/Financial tasks: Manage the department invoicing for both client and supplier invoices.
Ensure that monthly reports are made to the finance team.
Ensure that the department's financial information is always up to date (Engage, Workday, Cost control).
Control the department's payments and collections.

Business Development support tasks: Create PowerPoint presentations and translate necessary documents.
Ensure that corporate documents are up to date (Standard presentations, team CVs, etc.).
Prepare ad hoc reports as needed.

Other Team support tasks: Cover reception desk when needed.
Manage bookings for national and international travel, hotel reservations, and other necessary logistical tasks.
Provide support to the Head of PDS Operations and the rest of the department in any required tasks.

REQUIREMENTS
Education: Not required, but preferably studies in administrative, Economics, Business Administration, or similar fields and/or equivalent experience.
Software knowledge: Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of Salesforce and Workday is a plus.
Languages: Portuguese native, high level of English, other languages are a plus.
Desirable 2 - 3 years experience in similar roles.
Skills: Proactivity, analytical capacity, organizational skills, ability to work in a team.
Available to start immediately.
