Project Engineer Junior – Industrial Energy Efficiency (M/F)PortoTo join Ewen team in Oporto we are looking for:PROJECT ENGINEER JUNIOR – INDUSTRIAL ENERGY EFFICIENCYThis Project Engineer Junior will be responsible for visiting potential customers, gathering information and checking conditions on the ground, to allow budgeting for industrial energy efficiency projects. He will be the support in the budgeting of turnkey projects. At the same time, he will have a relevant role in detailing engineering procurement (design execution), equipment, develop project schedules and monitor their progress and liaise with customers.Ability to articulate program offerings and identify potential energy efficiency improvements to customersCollaborate with customers and trade allies to obtain required project documentationConduct electric energy assessments (walk-throughs)Develop and manage the pipeline of energy efficiency projectsConduct pre- and post-installation inspections for validation purposes as neededGenerate leads from incoming customer inquiries, customer meetings, industry events, awareness of new construction in given territory and other outreach practicesCollaborate with internal management, operations, and engineering teams to deliver a customer-centric experienceEngage appropriate trade groups and associationsCoordinate with operations and project coordination staff to populate internal database to provide accurate project forecasting/market knowledgeMaintain an appropriate positive and mutually beneficial and long business relationship with business, professional groups, and industry stakeholders in support of Ewen and Helexia's broad energy efficiency objectivesQualification & EducationBachelor's degree in Energy, Environment, Engineering, or other related fieldSkillsDesire to participate in energy efficiency and sustainability projectsSolution orientated problem solverAbility to learn industry practices, techniques, and standards in the energy efficiency fieldProven ability to establish and maintain a professional rapport with market stakeholders, customers, and trade alliesSelf-motivated, excellent problem-solving abilities and proven decision-making skillsStrong customer and results orientationExcellent computer skills including but not limited to basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OutlookBasic knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and/or other CRM programs (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Adobe, etc.)Fluency in English, spoken and written (required), French is a plusAvailability for professional travels nationwide and abroad for short periods of timeExperience1 to 3 years of work experience in Sales, Energy and/or Electric Utility positionsWe believe that the root of our success lies in our people, so we will be truly committed with your professional success and happinessYou'll be in the forefront of a dynamic environment every single dayWe offer a unique workplace, combining the typical benefits of a large corporation with an informal and energetic startup environment22 vacation days a year, plus day-off birthday and day-off before Christmas#J-18808-Ljbffr
