Gaming Support Representative – French Speaker

The Gaming Support Representative will provide support to a huge MMORPG players base.
In this role, you'll be helping with in-game questions, item restoration and any account or billing difficulties.
You will be reading logs to understand what has happened in-game.
Take the necessary steps to provide the best solution possible based on that research and critical thinking.
Also, you'll need some technical knowledge.
