Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team in the German market. As a key point of contact for our gaming industry community, you will provide assistance and advice to customers via chat, ensuring seamless product experiences. Your role will involve intensive training and the use of advanced tools to support your growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German (C2 level) and good knowledge of English (minimum B2 level)
  • High school graduate with a valid diploma or certificate
  • Previous experience in customer support is preferred, as well as Salesforce CRM experience and knowledge of gaming products
