Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support to our users. This includes:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Troubleshooting user issues with our platform
  • Educating users on our platform's features and benefits
  • Working closely with our product and development teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Staying up-to-date with new program features and updates

You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and projects, and to develop your skills in customer service, technical support, and problem-solving.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of proficiency in Portuguese (written and oral) and English (B2)
  • Experience in customer service, technical support, or a similar role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and tools
