They can do things like adjusting the temperature, watching over your home, and playing music, making life easier and more connected. Friendly and patient assistance is crucial for ensuring that users have a positive experience with their devices. It helps build trust, loyalty, and a sense of satisfaction among customers.
That's why we are looking for reinforcements in the form of German-speaking employees for our team in Lisbon/Portugal. We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers As a Customer Support you will: Support for German speaking application users by phone, email and chat Walk users through the setup process for their smart home devices, ensuring a smooth start to their smart home experience Provide patient guidance to users facing technical issues with their devices eg: Wi-Fi connectivity problems, device unresponsiveness etc. Explain the various features of devices in an easy-to-understand way. Assist users with ordering new devices or processing returns, making the purchasing process hassle-free Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance): 1283€ gross x 12 months or 1100€ gross x 14 months,up to 120€ gross performance bonus,7,23€ NET/day meal voucher – given as a pre-paid card20 €/month – Transport allowance What do we offer?
