That's why we are looking for reinforcements in the form of German-speaking employees for our team in Lisbon/Portugal.
We are looking for you, entrusted with the support of our customers_

**As a Customer Support you will**:

- Walk users through the setup process for their smart home devices, ensuring a smooth start to their smart home experience
- Provide patient guidance to users facing technical issues with their devices eg: Wi-Fi connectivity problems, device unresponsiveness etc.
- Explain the various features of devices in an easy-to-understand way.
- Assist users with ordering new devices or processing returns, making the purchasing process hassle-free

**What do we offer?**
- **Possible start: 20.09**:

- **It's OFFICE BASED position in Lisbon Oriente**:

- **Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:
**1283€ gross x 12 months** or 1100€ gross x 14 months - basic salary,
***up to 120€** gross performance bonus,
***7,23€ NET/day** meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card
- Average annual salary**:15396€ - 16836€ +meal allowance approx. 1700€ net/year**:

- **Work in the company office in Lisbon-Oriente**:

- **Shifts system**:Monday to Friday - 8 am to 8 pm, Saturday to Sunday - 8 am to 5 pm (5days/week, 40h / week) with 2 rotating days off
- **Permanent (CDI) full time employment contract with 3 months trial period** (according to the Portuguese law)
