O nosso cliente é uma Multinacional de referência na área de Electrodomésticos.
Descrição
Responsável gestão de clientes e vendas regionais no Canal Tradicional;
Responsabilidade operacional e financeira, com a missão de garantir a consistência da qualidade em toda a região, além de aumentar as vendas e a rentabilidade na sua área de atuação;
Visitar as lojas para avaliar as operações e eficiência de cada área;
Apoio aos gerentes de loja para superar desafios operacionais;
Negociar com os principais clientes da região;
Gestão de acordos anuais e condições comerciais para as marcas da sua responsabilidade;
Introdução de novos produtos;
Atividades promocionais, principalmente por meio de ações de "suporte ao sell-out";
Visitas ao ponto de venda (lojas) garantindo que os acordos sejam cumpridos no ponto de venda;
Colocação de material promocional e de ponto de venda nas lojas garantindo que as atividades promocionais sejam realizadas em cada ponto de venda;
Gestão de stocks nos pontos de venda;
Controle do orçamento de vendas atribuído.
Perfil ideal
Licenciatura em Gestão de Empresas, Economia ou similar;
Experiência na área Comercial, preferencialmente no sector de Electrodomésticos ou setor semelhante;
Fluência em inglês (falado e escrito);
Capacidade comercial: fortes habilidades comerciais, excelente capacidade de comunicação e negociação;
Espirito de iniciativa com elevado nível de proactividade;
Capacidade de trabalhar de forma eficaz sob pressão;
Orientação para resultados;
Capacidade de tomar decisões mesmo quando o resultado é incerto;
Criativo, capaz de buscar novas áreas de negócios e oportunidades;
Alta flexibilidade;
Conhecimento profundo de contratos com clientes e negociações de acordos anuais.
