Ensure brand consistency. Feedback to the global trade marketing with local trends, market dynamics, product requirements and effective use of Monin tools. Regional marketing EMEA Trade Plan presentation to importers. Support to build the local market plan and brand strategy, following the MONIN Trade Marketing plan with the importer. Follow up on the plan with KPIs. Follow up on the budget. Global trade activation tools implementation + Local push & pull program creation. Sales support: KA / Wholesaler / C&C / Ecommerce... Marketing training to importers. Supporting products launches. Organize regional tradeshows & events with the Events Manager and support implementation of local tradeshows & events. Local specific product development request. Social media content follow up (local account + train on the strategy from HQ). Follow up on trends and local channels: bars, restaurants, independents, coffee, casual dining, leisure, cash&carry… to feed the Global Trade for the channel management. Quarterly Trade and market reporting (Activations, KA, competitor analysis). Co-branding activation. Sales Support/KA Development/Business IntelligenceSupport key account development with the Sales Director & Beverage Expert team with implementation of local surveys, trend reports, direct tools.Business Analytics Quarterly regional reporting and business analysis. Working along with the Beverage Expert Team to report trends, mix performance analysis. Based on the trends seen on the market + global channel management, build an approach by segment => bars, coffee shops... What action needs to be taken (events? POS? incentives?) Decision Making, Authority and Controls:Accountable for helping to develop and implement the strategy across specific categories, executing business growth plans.Education, Skills, Working Experience and Training Required: Graduate degree. At least 5 years' experience in marketing (operational & brand) within B2B channel, particularly in the food & beverage sector; In-depth knowledge of the area markets. Brand standard protection skills. Calm & assured in pressurized situations. Good relationship skills, curious and flexibility. Great presentation skills. Outstanding customer service skills and a passion for all things related. Very strong communication & excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task well and work cross functionally with other team members. Microsoft Office - advanced skills. Based in Portugal, ideally in Lisbon where we have an office, but lots of business trips (France + area): at least 50%.
