Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Service Agent will be: Answering incoming queries from customers via phone, email, and chatIdentifying issues and providing solutionsEnsuring a high level of customer satisfactionRecording data in the CRM systemProviding ad-hoc supportBeing a team player and participating in the success of the team and projectSkills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role: A native level of French and at least a B1 level of EnglishKnowledge of the value and impact that a good customer experience can createBeing an attentive listener, comfortable and skillful at communicating with peopleBeing energetic, innovative, and working proactively at a fast paceExcitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyleLiving in or willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experienceHaving a valid Portuguese work permit (required)What's in it for you?
