Strong leadership and coaching qualities are important in this role - ability to help SDRs become stars in a short period of time. We're looking for high-energy, impact-oriented professionals passionate about continuous improvement and hungry to hit performance targets.In addition, the Sales Development Manager will be a strong sales player with a great understanding of how to implement and ensure the execution of processes that allow the team and total pipeline numbers to scale rapidly. A track record of hitting inbound and outbound targets and SLAs is a strong plus.
