Job Opportunity: Business Development Manager - Exciting Tech Startup in the Logistics Sector Company Overview: Join a trailblazing technology firm that is spearheading digital transformation in the logistics-heavy distribution industries, specifically focusing on the global LPG market. Our client is leveraging cutting-edge technologies to revolutionize the order-to-fulfillment process, addressing inefficiencies and opening up significant growth opportunities in markets poised for digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities: Target and secure potential distributor clients within the LPG industry across Portugal, Spain, and other European regions.Undertake comprehensive market research to grasp industry trends and client needs, with a hands-on approach to understanding client challenges directly on the ground.Build and maintain robust relationships with both new and established clients to ensure sustained business and growth.Design and present compelling product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value and benefits of our technological solutions.Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and surpass targets.Provide critical market insights to the product development team to help shape future product enhancements.Participate actively in trade shows, workshops, and other industry-related events to promote our client's offerings.Develop effective sales strategies and materials to optimize market penetration and impact.Support the CEO in strategic partnership discussions and initiatives to broaden market reach and influence.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Proven track record in sales, preferably within the supply chain, logistics, or technology sectors.Fluent in Portuguese and English with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Skilled in the use of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities, able to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment.Highly self-motivated and organized, with a deep commitment to customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality solutions.This position is ideal for someone proactive and driven, eager to make a tangible impact in a dynamic tech startup environment.
