Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO) Job Description: We are seeking a visionary Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team and lead the operational strategy and execution for the Realm community. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a passion for building vibrant communities, excelling in fast-paced environments, and driving operational excellence.
Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: Oversee all operational aspects of the Realm community, including member experience, engagement, events, communications, and CRM. Enhance these areas through SOPs, workflows, and platforms.Infrastructure Development: Identify and implement tools, systems, and processes to streamline workflows and optimize community operations.Platform Development: Improve the functionality and architecture of the community platform, including WhatsApp, email list serves, CRM, and members-only area.Team Management: Lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive operational roadmap aligned with the community's goals and values to drive growth and sustainability.Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure community operations success and drive continuous improvement.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in community operations and develop mitigation strategies for resilience and continuity.Budget Management: Manage the operational budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize costs while delivering value to members.Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and external organizations. Provide monthly reports and product updates.Requirements: Leadership Experience: Proven track record in community management, operations, or related fields, with experience leading teams and driving results.Strategic Vision: Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to execute operational plans aligned with broader organizational goals.Tech Savvy: Proficiency in technology and digital tools, including AI enablement, project management, collaboration, and analytics platforms.Financial Modeling: Experience in financial modeling and analysis, including developing and maintaining complex financial models and forecasts.Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Community Building: Deep understanding of community dynamics, engagement strategies, and best practices, with a passion for fostering meaningful connections.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate vision, engage stakeholders, and inspire action.Problem-Solving Abilities: Highly resourceful and adaptable, able to navigate complex challenges and find innovative solutions.Passion for the Mission: Genuine passion for the Realm community's mission and values, with a commitment to creating positive impact.Competitive salary with benefits and equity.Flexible work location (fully remote).Access to a network of brilliant and passionate minds around the globe.If you are a seasoned leader passionate about community building and operational excellence, we would love to hear from you
