A Bravemind, empresa de Consultoria em Recursos Humanos e Executive Search, encontra-se a recrutar um(a) Process Analyst para integrar o nosso cliente, uma empresa líder em soluções de mobilidade e pagamento eletrónico, reconhecido pela inovação e pelo compromisso com a melhoria contínua dos serviços que oferece aos seus utilizadores.Funções e ResponsabilidadesMelhorar e desenvolver novos processos financeiros, nomeadamente na área de Cobrança, incluindo a criação de especificações funcionais, testes, monitorização pós-produção e acompanhamento de KPIs;Assegurar uma comunicação eficaz entre as várias áreas envolvidas, analisando e otimizando interdependências e impactos;Promover processos de pagamento para clientes e contratos;Assegurar a articulação entre a área de serviço e as restantes áreas, incluindo no acompanhamento dos processos com impacto nos canais de atendimento;Rever e atualizar a comunicação do serviço nos pontos de contacto com os clientes, garantindo uniformidade com os critérios de comunicação definidos;Competências e SkillsDomínio de ferramentas para acompanhamento de desempenho de processos e operações;Domínio de Inglês (falado e escrito);Elevada capacidade de análise e sentido crítico;· Orientação para o cumprimento de objetivos e prazos;Capacidade de antecipação de problemas e identificação de soluções e novas oportunidades.HabilitaçõesFormação Superior em Economia, Gestão, Finanças ou similar;Conhecimento de processos, procedimentos e/ou sistemas de cobrança;Experiência em ferramentas de Office (Excel).As candidaturas serão analisadas no prazo de 15 dias pelo que os candidatos selecionados serão posteriormente contactados.
