What you'll doProvide customer service with the highest level of kindness and professionalism;Assist, by phone or email, with customer questions and concerns regarding products, contract issues, and mobile bundles;Answer payment transactions and invoice queries;Advise on current mobile phones and provide technical support;Advise existing and potential clients on tariffs and current offers;Provide recommendations on additional options and manage customer data reliably.What you'll needNative or near-native Italian speaker;Proficient oral and written communication in English (minimum B2 level);Excellent communication skills;Customer-oriented;Proactive in promoting effective problem solving;Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.Teleperformance PortugalTP Portugal is one of the 25 best companies to work for in Europe, according to Great Place to Work.
