FINANCE We're a diverse team who partners and supports the business to enable delivery against our strategic and financial goals. LISBON Our Lisbon office is located in Portugal's cosmopolitan capital. In this office, Farfetchers like to have catch ups in the ball pit or creative moments by the grand piano
ROLE As a Senior Financial Analyst in the Business Partnering team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial transformation and supporting the company's growth and profitability objectives. Your expertise and insights will be instrumental in identifying areas for improvement, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices to position the business for long-term success. WHAT YOU'LL DODevelop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support quarterly, annual, and long-term strategic planning, and perform variance analysis, identifying and investigating deviations from plans, and proposing corrective actionsConduct in-depth analysis, modeling, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making processesPrepare and present comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior leadership and cross-functional teamsAct as a trusted advisor, partnering with cross-functional teams to understand their business objectives and provide financial guidance - Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvements, and revenue growth initiativesCollaborate with the relevant teams including accounting to ensure data integrity and alignment with financial reporting standardsIdentify and implement process improvements and participate in existing reporting enhancements with the mindset of continuous improvementWHO YOU AREBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldMBA, CPA, or CFA is a plusMinimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business partnering, or related rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and communicate insights effectivelyProficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., Google Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Looker, SQL)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders REWARDS & BENEFITSHealth insurance for the whole family, flexible working environment and well-being support and tools Extra days off, sabbatical program and days for you to give back for the community Training opportunities and free access to Udemy Flexible benefits programEQUAL OPPORTUNITIES STATEMENTFARFETCH is committed to being an inclusive workplace where diversity in all its forms is celebrated.
