Head of Memberships and Development at Heden WHO WE AREHeden is a leading coworking and events brand based in Lisbon.Our ethos is centered on being the most sustainable, authentic and fun place for freelancers and for teams looking for personalized and inspirational experiences in their spaces.WHAT WE DOWe provide coworking spaces, serviced offices, meeting and event spaces on flexible terms and at accessible prices with an emphasis on creative and innovative individuals, teams and companies.ROLE DESCRIPTIONAt Heden, we are experiencing an exciting period of growth as Lisbon has become a global hub for the creative and tech industries.To maintain this trajectory and continue to provide our clients with the high quality experience, warm and welcoming service they associate with our brand, we're searching for a highly motivated and qualified Community & Operations Manager.We are looking for a committed and dedicated individual to oversee community and operations in one of our locations.The Community Manager will ensure that members have a warm and personalized experience and are welcomed into the Heden community, while simultaneously working directly with the Head of Memberships in order to maximize business and member satisfaction in our spaces.OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLEProvide members with a delightful experience, welcoming them into the space and the community - with a warm approach and attention to detailAcquire and retain members to the Heden CommunityMaintain and upkeep of the spaceSuggest, discuss and implement new ways to constantly improve members' experienceAssist with Sales strategy and approach potential clients to maximize business opportunitiesLead Community Events' curating strategy, planning and executionRESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLEWelcome members into the space and the communityProactively respond to current and prospective members' inquiriesSell and manage desks, private offices and meeting room reservationsCoordinate and cooperate with the Head of Operations on the various aspects of Operational ManagementEnsure a positive engagement and proactive problem resolution with Heden membersSet up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting roomsAttend functions and events and assist with the set-up and break down of eventsUpdate and co-manage shared rooms' calendarsPlan and run community fostering activitiesWHO WE ARE LOOKING FORSkills and QualificationsAn outgoing and willing to learn profileTeam spirited, versatile, flexible and dedicatedExcellent communicator in written and verbal formDedicated to efficient productivityComputer savvy; proficient in Google Suites applicationsPreferred QualificationsBSc/BA or experience in a related fieldCommunity organization and creative industries backgroundEXPECTATIONSImmediate startMinimum 12 months commitmentWHAT WE OFFERA fun and dynamic work environment.Professional and personal growth potentialCareer progression in a dynamic and growing companyCONTACTSOnly Linkedin applications will be consideredJr Marketplace Operations Manager, Uber Eats Portugal Operations Manager - Industria (Albufeira) RISK ORM Operational Resilience Transformation Senior Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
