WHAT WE DO We provide coworking spaces, serviced offices, meeting and event spaces on flexible terms and at accessible prices with an emphasis on creative and innovative individuals, teams and companies. ROLE DESCRIPTION At Heden, we are experiencing an exciting period of growth as Lisbon has become a global hub for the creative and tech industries. To maintain this trajectory and continue to provide our clients with the high quality experience, warm and welcoming service they associate with our brand, we're searching for a highly motivated and qualified Community & Operations Manager. We are looking for a committed and dedicated individual to oversee community and operations in one of our locations. The Community Manager will ensure that members have a warm and personalized experience and are welcomed into the Heden community, while simultaneously working directly with the Head of Memberships in order to maximize business and member satisfaction in our spaces. OBJECTIVES OF THE ROLE Provide members with a delightful experience, welcoming them into the space and the community - with a warm approach and attention to detail Acquire and retain members to the Heden Community Maintain and upkeep of the space Suggest, discuss and implement new ways to constantly improve members' experience Assist with Sales strategy and approach potential clients to maximize business opportunities Lead Community Events' curating strategy, planning and execution RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE Welcome members into the space and the community Proactively respond to current and prospective members' inquiries Sell and manage desks, private offices and meeting room reservations Coordinate and cooperate with the Head of Operations on the various aspects of Operational Management Ensure a positive engagement and proactive problem resolution with Heden members Set up, break down, organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms Attend functions and events and assist with the set-up and break down of events Update and co-manage shared rooms' calendars Plan and run community fostering activities WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORSkills and Qualifications An outgoing and willing to learn profile Team spirited, versatile, flexible and dedicated Excellent communicator in written and verbal form Dedicated to efficient productivity Computer savvy; proficient in Google Suites applications Preferred Qualifications BSc/BA or experience in a related field Community organization and creative industries background EXPECTATIONS Immediate start Minimum 12 months commitment WHAT WE OFFER A fun and dynamic work environment.
