Sales Account Executive (Fintech Startup) Lisboa Sales Account Executive (Fintech Startup)Lisboa Lisbon, Lisbon, Portugal The role: As a Paynest Sales Account Executive, you will play a key role in achieving Paynest's growth objectives. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new commercial and strategic opportunities. In this role, you will be in the- line of Paynest's growth Key Responsibilities: Drive new commercial opportunity generation across different channels (partnerships, account management, sales optimisation) Work hand in hand with Paynest leadership and country team to identify and execute new strategic and commercial initiatives Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets Quickly adapt to external market changes and to internal product updates and new strategies. Ideal Profile: Fluent in both English and your local market's language (additional languages a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, organized, and process driven Highly motivated and- driven Adaptable and resilient in a- paced environment At Paynest, we are on an ambitious mission to empower companies become more efficient while empowering their workforce.
