Randstad Professionals is supporting a software development company to search for an International Sales Executive (m/f)responsabilidades chaveThis is an individual contributor role: You are a senior sales executive focused on uncovering new business opportunities, breaking into new clients in European Market.You will be responsible for:Managing the sales-cycle including lead generation, qualification and other deliverables for closing deals while consistently delivering on sales goals by selling innovative solutions to new customers.Arranging and conducting face-to-face/virtual meetings, software demonstrations, and follow up calls with newclientsMaintaining your knowledge of the company's solutions and servicesDraft detailed and accurate sales reportsIn time, ensure a smooth hand off of all new accounts to the account management teams.This position will be focused on new sales origination and closing with the expectation to grow to EUR 5M/year in revenue over a 3-year plan.competênciasA hunter mentality, with a proven track record of breaking new accounts, generating and closing new business deals (average deal size 2-5MEUR) perceived by customers as high value projects/solutions.Active sales activity in the last 5+ years in the Telecom industryDirect contacts with high level decision makers in selected accountsExcellent communication and organisation skillsProfessional and personal standards as a team player of unquestionable integrity, credibility, and characterprincipais benefíciosDirect contract with the client
