VIP Account Manager (French/English) – Barcelona About Us Our client is a dynamic and fast-growing international company, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our customers.
As they continue to expand, they're looking for a Native French-speaking VIP Account Manager (English/French) to join their vibrant team in Barcelona.Role Overview As a VIP Account Manager, you will be at the heart of our high-value player relationships, ensuring they receive a premium, tailored experience.
Your mission: enhance loyalty, boost engagement, and drive business growth.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a proactive approach.
You will work closely with multiple departments to guarantee seamless service delivery and the ongoing success of our VIP program.Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value players, serving as their primary point of contact.
Engage VIP clients via email, phone, and chat to keep them informed of exclusive offers and promotions.
Provide white-glove service, ensuring VIP players receive priority support and quick issue resolution.
Develop retention strategies, offering tailored promotions and incentives to maximize player satisfaction.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver personalized campaigns for VIP players.
Analyze key performance metrics related to VIP satisfaction, retention, and revenue contribution.
Liaise with finance & compliance teams to ensure smooth and compliant handling of VIP transactions.
Monitor player behavior to anticipate needs, mitigate risks, and continuously improve the VIP experience.Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of experience in account management, customer relations, or a similar role within the online gaming industry.
Proven experience managing high-value clients or VIP customers is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
Analytical mindset – ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
