Job Title
Technician Job Description Summary Job Description ABOUT THE ROLE: Managing operational activities e.g. Inspect all general office lighting, temperature control and power supply and ensure rectification if needed.
Be familiar with company policies and establishes an outline and timetable for completion of routine duties carried out daily.
With regular inspections of the facility, ensure highest possible facility standards and actively search for areas for improvement and make recommendations where appropriate.
Must be able to perform troubleshooting and repair works for ACMV system on site.
Must be able to install new AC units e.g. split units' system, cassette, AHU, MV fan. Electrical hands-on experience in building construction industry will be an added advantage.
Follow up on all ACMV maintenance schedule and complain calls.
Co-ordinate with Site Engineer and supervisor on all maintenance and installation works
Write service reports for completed works.
Identify faulty parts and provide recommendation when required.
To ensure timely completion of all preventive and corrective maintenance works as per schedule
ABOUT YOU: A good Diploma in Facilities Management, Business Administration or Real Estate is preferred.
Minimum 3 years' experience
Good working knowledge of hard services and preventive maintenance procedures.
Adept to communicate and engage with people from various cultures, background and levels.
Attributes such as ability to work in a fast-paced environment, on 24/7 standby, proactive and sense of urgency with a "can do" attitude is a must.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Results driven with good track record, working attitude and posses' good interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate basic English and work under pressure at multiple job sites under tight datelines.
Able to work independently and must also be a good team player.
