Principais responsabilidades Missão Apoiar nas atividades técnicas e operacionais no âmbito da gestão de projetos e acompanhamento de projetos, por formar a garantir a entrega bem-sucedida dos projetos/propostas, dentro do prazo e orçamento estabelecidos. Coordenar a execução dos projetos, assegurando o cumprimento dos prazos e metas estabelecidas, bem como a criação de uma estrutura de administração de projeto, através de relatórios de gestão, planeamento e agendamento de recursos e previsão do planeamento da capacidade dos recursos, cumprimento das propostas, compilação do conjunto de documentos das propostas e facilitação da comunicação e colaboração entre os elementos da equipa. Principais Atividades Apoiar na produção e agregação de informação técnica necessária à gestão de projetos; Proceder à recolha de informação relevante e adequada para a concretização dos prazos estabelecidos na agenda de projeto; Monitorização de pedidos de projeto e garante de resposta a cada um com informação suficiente e adequada; Preparação de planos de capacidade dos recursos; Elaboração de relatórios sobre o estado corrente de cada projeto, para o responsável da área ou Administração. Desenvolver e implementar processos de negócio consistentes e padronizados. Contribuir na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria ao nível dos processos e procedimentos da Área. Apoiar na coordenação e/ou participar em projetos transversais da estrutura. Perfil desejado Licenciatura/Mestrado em Engenharia Eletrónica ou Gestão Industrial Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em gestão de projetos, gestão de contratos e gestão de operações; Conhecimento de ferramentas de gestão de projetos (MS Project); Boa capacidade de comunicação, documentação e negociação; Excelência no trabalho em equipa; Dinamismo e proatividade; Domínio de Inglês, falado e escrito (conhecimentos de francês serão valorizados).
