Com objectivo de tornar os eventos dos nossos clientes inesquecíveis, estamos a reforçar a nossa equipa de F&B com a contratação de um Chefe de Banquetes (m/f). O/a candidato/a a selecionar terá como principais responsabilidades: - Organizar, coordenar, dirigir e executar todo o serviço de banquetes e conferências garantindo o cumprimento de standards do hotel; - A correta execução demontagens dos banquetes e das conferências com base nos elementos mencionados nas ordens de serviço, assim como pela verificação do perfeito funcionamento dos equipamentos (projetores, microfones, telas, etc.); - Assegurar a arrumação, a conservação e a limpeza de todos os materiais, equipamentos e utensílios a cargo da secção - Estabelecer contacto permanente com o responsável do evento, por forma a garantir a total satisfação dos participantes/clientes; - Coordenar as equipas de empregados de mesa, antecipar e resolver situações que possam afetar o curso do evento. Requisitos do Perfil: - Formação técnico profissional adequada à função; - Experiência profissional comprovada na mesma função em unidades 5 estrelas; - Capacidade de trabalho sob stress e elevado nível de exigência; - Forte capacidade de Comunicação e Liderança; - Flexibilidade horária; - Domínio da Língua inglesa; - Conhecimentos informáticos na ótica do utilizador.
