Estamos à procura de um Customer Service Pharma para cobrir uma licença de maternidade durante 8-10 meses, com a oportunidade de trabalhar numa equipa dinâmica e colaborativa.
A sua nova função Gerir múltiplas tarefas e prioridades de forma eficiente para cumprir prazos pré-estabelecidos. Identificar problemas e propor soluções eficazes. Lidar com dados e informações críticas com precisão e cuidado. Trabalhar em equipa com empatia e colaboração. Antecipar necessidades e tomar iniciativa para resolver questões. O que necessita para ser bem-sucedido Experiência prévia em suporte ao cliente, preferencialmente nos setores Pharma ou FMCG. Capacidade de gerir encomendas de clientes diariamente de forma eficaz. Proficiência em SAP e Excel. Habilidade para gerir múltiplas tarefas e prioridades. Precisão e cuidado ao lidar com dados. Empatia e capacidade de trabalhar em equipa. Iniciativa para antecipar e resolver problemas. O que a empresa lhe pode oferecer
Contrato direto com uma empresa da Indústria Farmacêutica, através de um projeto temporário de 8 - 10 meses para uma substituição de licença de maternidade. Oferecemos um salário adequado à função e subsídio de alimentação, bem como um ambiente colaborativo. No 1.º e 2.º mês o regime será presencial ou praticamente presencial com o objetivo do profissional crescer de forma mais rápida e, posteriormente, terá 3 dias de trabalho no escritório e 2 dias de teletrabalho.
