Responsibilities Reach out to prospective clients to promote our products and services, tailoring pitches to meet client needs.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities in the Polish market.
Negotiate contracts and close sales, consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing support.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
Qualifications Native Polish language proficiency.
English proficiency at a B2 level or above, with excellent communication skills.
Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is advantageous.
A results-driven approach with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
