Events Account Manager

The Role As an Events Account Manager, you will be the primary contact for wedding and event inquiries, developing strategies to drive sales across weddings, conferences, and corporate events. You will ensure the flawless client journey—from initial inquiry to the final celebration—and help shape new business opportunities, collaborating with various teams (operations, marketing, F&B) to create memorable and profitable events.
Your blend of wedding and event planning expertise, sales acumen, and adaptability is essential in this dynamic environment. You will excel if you enjoy managing multiple priorities, fostering strong client relationships, and continually refining your offerings to keep pace with market trends.
Key Responsibilities Respond to and follow up on all wedding, conference, and event inquiries to secure bookings.Convert leads into confirmed events through effective relationship-building and customized proposals.Proactively contact past, current, and potential clients, leveraging your network in wedding coordination, conferences, and the corporate sector.Strategic Development Collaborate with management to refine event packages, especially wedding-centric and experience-driven offerings.Help shape sales strategies, pricing models, and marketing approaches to enhance revenue and market position.Continuously adapt to changing business needs and operational protocols.Work closely with on-site teams to ensure every detail of the wedding or event meets high-quality standards.Contribute to a collaborative culture by sharing insights and suggesting improvements for event execution.International Mindset & Market Adaptation Adapt event strategies to different audiences, from local weddings to multinational corporate conferences.Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities in wedding and corporate event spaces.Who You Are Experienced in Wedding Coordination and Events: You have a strong background in planning and coordinating weddings, with bonus points for experience in conferences or corporate events.Sales-Focused: You naturally build rapport, excel at closing deals, and love hitting revenue targets.Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced environment that frequently updates procedures, strategies, and offerings.Creative & Solutions-Driven: You propose fresh ideas that elevate the guest experience and deliver business results.Team-Oriented: You collaborate well with cross-functional teams, from marketing to operations.Internationally Minded: You're comfortable working with a diverse clientele and meeting high-level service expectations.Detail-Oriented & Organized: You effortlessly juggle multiple tasks, never losing sight of important details.Nível de experiência: Assistente
