Objetivo da função: Fornecer atenção via chat/e-mail, redes sociais e telefone a todos os usuários compreendidos no segmento recreacional, cumprindo com os critérios de serviço da Organização no quesito da qualidade do atendimento.
Orientar os usuários a respeito dos diferentes processos envolvidos e resolver as questões que surjam dentro dos prazos alcançados para garantir a satisfação dos mesmos, com foco em atingir os objetivos comerciais da Organização, garantindo a fidelização dos clientes a longo prazo.
Principais Responsabilidades: ? Gestionar e responder todas as consultas de usuários do Brasil, que sejam recebidas através dos canais de chat/email, redes sociais e telefone.
? Resolver as preocupações, problemas dos usuários dentro dos prazos estabelecidos, a modo de garantir a fidelização de estes em tempo.
? Intermediar entre o cliente e outras áreas com a finalidade de resolver inconvenientes o solicitações.
? Escalar anomalias do sistema e problemas em geral as áreas correspondentes.
? Detectar melhoras para sugerir a Supervisão e planos de ação com base nas necessidades do cliente.
? Cumprimento das métricas de performance da Organização.
Qualificações Habilidades e experiências especializadas Essencial: • Educação: Ensino Médio Completo.
• Pacote office nível intermediário.
• Conhecimentos de informática nível intermediário (uso de computadores, e-mails, plataformas on-line, etc.).
• Português do Brazil nativo.
• Inglês: nível intermediario.
• Experiencia em atenção ao cliente.
• Disponibilidade de horário 24/7, com folgas rotativas Desejável: ? Enfoque nos Clientes : Focar suas ações nos clientes e suas necessidades.
Desenvolver habilidades que permitam atingir resultados estabelecidos pela Organização mês a mês, entendendo que deve cumprir com os parâmetros de serviço estabelecidos para assegurar a satisfação do cliente.
? Organização Efetiva: Controlar a qualidade do trabalho, assegurando-se de priorizar corretamente as tarefas, organizar seu tempo e evitar distrações irrelevantes que interfiram na execução das tarefas.
? Orientado para resolução de problemas: Ser capaz de extrair seu rendimento máximo para conseguir fechar de forma eficiente e no tempo estabelecido as solicitações/inquietudes/ reclamações dos clientes.
? Compromisso e Responsabilidade: Ser colaborativo com seu setor e demais setores, além de realizar um esforço extra para alcançar o resultado da Equipe.
Ser Flexível para adaptar-se as trocas de escalas e turnos, em prol das estratégias de negócio.
Com frequência " dá um gás nas tarefas".
Apresenta zero ou quase zero nível de ausência.
