As a Sales Operations Team Lead, you will develop and manage a team in different European sites.
These responsibilities will include coordinating demand creation and revenue fulfillment, conducting operative sales operations activities, creating presentations and reports, supporting price negotiations, and contributing to sales planning and process optimization.

In your new role you will:Lead a team of Sales Operations Specialists and Senior Specialists in Germany and in Porto.Support the Demand Creation and Revenue Fulfilment in coordination with Account Management for several automotive customers operating worldwide.Provide active support for customer projects, including development and consulting on appropriate business models, contract preparation as well execution, in cooperation with the legal department and Product Lines.Take a leading role in the preparation and conducting of annual price negotiations according to the Account and Division strategies.Conduct all operative Sales activities with your team, like long-term sales planning, quotations creation, series production ramp-up preparation, etc.
while maintaining customer data in respective systems and providing the required data analysis in the scope of your responsibility.Provide and further develop with your team on-demand data analytics to the Account teams to enable data-driven business decisions.Act as an expert and coach in your area of responsibility towards internal stakeholders and customer counterparts, build trustful and constructive cooperation with the customer and coordinate with your team members to operate globally.Proactively drive with your team to ensure continuous process and tool improvements and further digitalization to optimize the cooperation between customers and Infineon, as well as between Account teams and Infineon internal stakeholders. You have a passion for sales operations, with a structured and strong business mindset.
You keep the big picture in mind, with a team player attitude that gives you the ability to motivate and inspire your distributed multinational team. You are best equipped for this task if you have:A degree in Business Administration, Industrial or Electronics Engineering or a related field.At least 7 years of professional experience in sales, purchasing, or other positions involving close customer contact, ideally in the automotive or semiconductor or high-tech industry in a multinational environment.Several years of leading and developing multinational and diverse teams, ideally across several countries.A basic technical understanding as well as in-depth commercial and communication skills and negotiation experience.Successfully completed projects independently. If you have leadership experience in projects or teams with a focus on transformation and change, it would be a plus.Excellent analytical and strategic skills that work efficiently with complex data and multiple priorities.Proficiency in all other MS Office formats and ideally familiar with SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken; German would be a plus.Willingness to travel to Germany. You would spend 6-9 months in Germany for the training and hand-over and later have the availability to travel regularly to Germany. Please send us your CV in English.
