FUNÇÕES: Elaborar, apurar e divulgar os resultados do NPS e outras pesquisas dos canais de vendas através da análise dos KPI's; Acompanhamento dos planos de ações relacionados ao NPS; Impulsionar e supervisionar os projetos estratégicos da área, atuando em parceria com as áreas de produtos digitais, canais e operações; Gerir e reportar os resultados dos projetos, lições aprendidas e planos de ação. PERFIL: Licenciatura ou mestrado em Gestão, Engenharia, Marketing ou similar; Experiência mínima de 3anos; Experiência em empresasde retalho, preferencialmente na área da beleza; Perfil autônomo, proativo e crítico; Excelente capacidade decomunicação para conduzir apresentações; Perfil analítico: ter uma visão sistêmica ao analisar problemas e interpretar dados para tirar insights e apresentar de forma clara e estruturada; Conhecimentos sólidos de Excel e PowerPoint; Flexibilidade, dinamismo e teamwork; Nota: Esta é uma vaga temporária, uma vez que será para cobrir uma licença de maternidade.
