As part of our international development, we are looking for a Technical Customer Support Specialist for our new office in Lisbon. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional technical support and assistance. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, answering product-related questions and providing top-tier customer service to our clients. You will advocate for our customers, and you will work closely with your team and your manager to find areas of improvement within our product and services. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background who are passionate about helping customers succeed. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Solid experience in customer relations / after-sales service (ideally in a technical web environment or in the VOD sector) Ability to communicate and adapt to different interlocutors. Good level of technical English and fluency in speaking. Bring proposals, be curious from a technical point of view and able to suggest workaround solutions Have the desire to pass on their knowledge. Be organized and have an eye for detail. Be able to analyze technical issues. Be endowed with interpersonal skills.
