Lead generation specialist to establish campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, managing the conversion journey in HubSpot. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, proven expertise in digital advertising platforms, and a track record of driving continuous improvements in lead generation, alongside strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing teams. Description Implement and optimize lead generation campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Manage the entire lead conversion journey in HubSpot. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads. Analyze and report on the effectiveness of acquisition and conversion campaigns to drive continuous improvements. Analyze and report on paid media campaigns using metrics such as CTR, Conversion Rate, CPL, CPA, ROAS. Collaborate on creating engaging content that generates interest and qualifies potential leads. Manage the online advertising budget to ensure maximum return on investment Profile 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in lead generation. Prior experience in Media Agency and Advertising is valued. Proven experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Fluency in English and Spanish. Ability to operate independently with a strong sense of initiative. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation goals.
