The role:
The main responsibility of this position is to oversee salary processing for our employees in Portugal, along with maintaining and managing all associated documentation. Join our team and apply today as a junior payroll specialist.
What you'll do:
Conduct salary processing for more than 500 employeesProcess payments to the bankManage all necessary documents for salary processingMonitor employees' absencesRecord and manage specific information such as allowances and financial records for employeesRegister and track changes in employees' tax statusSuggest and implement improvement ideas to enhance this processSupport the implementation of the new ERP version of Microsoft DynamicsInvoices confirmationExpenses and invoices booking in the ERP
Requirements
What you must have:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economy, Management or similarMore than 2 years of experience in similar rolesExperience with ERP´s (e.g: primavera, sap, phc...)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and EnglishGreat sense of responsibilityPeople-orientedAdaptabilityDynamic approachAbility to meet deadlines
