You will be responsible for providing strategy development consultancy to markets wishing to develop and implement new CRM programs and campaigns targeted towards patients, caregivers, and consumers for local brands.A day in the life of...Support markets in the development of their CRM strategies by informing on the strategy development process, planning necessary strategy workshops together with the markets, and consolidating the outcomes of these workshops into agreed local market strategy documents.Leverage existing data capture capabilities to identify segments for local CRM programs and make recommendations for CRM journeys for markets to implement.In partnership with local brand and digital team members, source content (e.G., articles, recipes, videos, etc.)
to create assets for agreed CRM strategies by repurposing existing content or developing new content.Drive the development of CRM campaign templates that markets can leverage for running ongoing one-shot campaigns for their local brands.Coordinate with the Nestlé IMS CRM Services team to set up and execute the agreed journeys and campaigns in either SFMC or Klaviyo.Monitor and evaluate the performance of local CRM programs using pre-defined key performance indicators (KPIs) and report back to the respective markets, highlighting improvement opportunities.Help the Global B2C CRM team at NHSc to evangelize the eCRM Campaign Factory setup towards markets.What will make you successfulMore than 5 years in digital marketing/eBusiness, preferably with experience working on marketing communications for Consumer brands, successfully delivering on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results.Solid experience in project management and stakeholder management in a multinational environment.End-to-end experience in developing and implementing CRM programs, defining content, segmentation and orchestration strategies, and building and setting up campaigns with external partners (e.G., creative agencies).Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
