Job Description Manage Cisco VC systems, Teams Rooms and Pexip interoperability solution; Monitor and guarantee the availability and quality of services and solutions; Demonstrate proactivityin detecting, mitigating and structurally resolving problems in communication solutions (VC Cisco, Teams and Pexip); You will be the ultimate leader of the customer support and satisfaction process, liaising as a team with the internal customer support areas (field teams); Responsible for supporting events through Teams; Responsible for C-Level/VIP support. Qualifications Degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent experience; Mandatory experience with VC Cisco and Teams; Strong leadership skills; Strong teamwork skills; Proactivity and effective communication abilities; Ability to adapt and adhere to Agile processes; Hybrid work arrangementin Porto; Fluency in English.
