About Our Role
In this role, you'll be responsible for selling Triptease's market-leading solutions to independent hotels and hotel groups globally, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close. You'll collaborate with a high-performing team, including Sales leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to achieve ambitious goals and make a significant impact.
New Business Development:Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise-level hotel groupsDevelop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targetsSales Process Management:Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying to presenting, negotiating, and closing dealsArticulate the value of Triptease solutions to key stakeholders and decision-makersRelationship Building:Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retentionCollaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing client successMarket Expertise:Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to position Triptease as a thought leaderProvide valuable feedback to Product and Marketing teams to inform innovation and market alignmentPerformance & Collaboration:Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basisDeliver accurate sales forecasts to the leadership teamPartner with internal stakeholders to maximize brand impact and enhance go-to-market strategiesRequirementsAbout YouExperience: 3-5+ years in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or hospitality technology, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in mid-market or enterprise segmentsSkills:Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to build trust and lasting relationships with clients and colleaguesMindset: Highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer valueLanguage: Fluent in English and GermanBenefitsWhy Join Us?Be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team at the forefront of travel technology innovationEnjoy a collaborative and fun working environment with opportunities for personal and professional growthCompetitive salary package and rewards for high performanceIf you're a driven sales professional eager to make an impact and thrive in a high-growth environment, we'd love to hear from you
