Job Description

As a Sales Director at Triptease, you will be responsible for selling our market-leading solutions to independent hotels and hotel groups globally. You will collaborate with a high-performing team, including Sales leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to achieve ambitious goals and make a significant impact.



Key Responsibilities

  • New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities with mid-market and enterprise-level hotel groups
  • Sales Process Management: Own the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and qualifying to presenting, negotiating, and closing deals
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Market Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to position Triptease as a thought leader
  • Performance & Collaboration: Achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis


Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or hospitality technology, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in mid-market or enterprise segments
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to build trust and lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
